Welcome to Issue number 19 of the Judgment is coming newsletter. May God bless you as you are encouraged and as you eagerly await the soon return of the Lord Jesus! The signs of impending judgment are all around us! It is a source of encouragement to the Christian as we know the Lord Jesus will very soon return!
Titus 2
13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great
God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
What is the blessed hope? According to the above verse it is looking for the return of the Lord Jesus. Christians are to look forward to and expect the return of the Lord Jesus at any time. The act of looking forward and watching for the coming of the Lord Jesus creates hope. This is the blessed hope as Christians want to be found faithful when the Lord Jesus returns suddenly at the rapture.
When the Lord Jesus returns He first comes back to rapture home His people and later at the battle of Armageddon. The rapture happens at an unknown time. We can't know the day or the hour. The coming at Armageddon occurs exactly 7 years after the antichrist signs the peace treaty covenant with Israel and 3 1/2 years after the abomination of desolation. After these events occur a date can be marked on the calendar. Not so with the rapture. The Lord will come at a sudden and unknown time. This is why Christians are told by the Lord to watch and wait so they will not be caught off-guard at His sudden return.
So now we have defined what the blessed hope is in relation to Bible prophecy and the return of the Lord. Lets look at what the blessed hope is NOT.
The blessed hope of the return of the Lord Jesus is not date setting.
There are certain people who feel somehow they are special and received hidden knowledge about the exact day of the rapture. These people have come up with complicated math models that look really good to the undiscerning eye. Yet these date setting models have one thing in common. They all fail!
Matt 25
13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the
Son of man cometh.
The Bible is pretty clear. We cannot know the exact day or hour of the Lord's return in the rapture. Yet all datesetters ignore or pervert the above verse.
The sad thing is many have been discouraged trying to date set. Many date set followers have rejected all Bible prophecy because they have been hurt by a foolish date setter. This is also why some churches have stopped preaching on Bible prophecy. Isn't that sad? The Lord Jesus is coming back very soon and some have rejected Bible prophecy because of past hurts due to following foolish date setting schemes.
Here is an example of a date setting group I was lightly involved with. It was years ago around year 2000 where the date setters were very active. I had joined an email date setting group. I thought the group was about Bible prophecy but it turned out to be a bunch of doctrine rejecting date setters. In this group, I was called a "scoffer" because I didn't buy into their date setting scheme. They were really quite insulting to anyone who didn't shut off their brains and believe their date setting scheme. I remember as the weekend of the date set rapture came close one guy said if it doesn't happen, it will really hurt his faith. I really think he captured the spirit of the moment by that statement. Many have been hurt by following foolish date setting schemes and his attitude was on par with others who have been hurt. Of course the rapture didn't happen at their appointed time. Guess what... after the failed date do you think the date setters repented and gave up the notion of setting dates for the rapture? Of course not! After the failed date... several in that group grabbed onto a new date and a new date setting scheme.
The blessed hope is not trying to identify the antichrist
Are we to look for the antichrist? Can we know who this man is before he is revealed to the world after the rapture? The answer is no! Remember the blessed hope is to look for the return of the Lord Jesus! It is not wasting time looking for the identity of the antichrist. Since no one knows who will be the antichrist, everything is blind guessing and speculation. All this takes a person's eye off the blessed hope. Christians are to look for the return of the Lord Jesus and not for the identity of the antichrist!
Don't be led astray watching for wrong things like the date setting schemes and the antichrist identity searchers.
Remember, the blessed hope is to watch and wait for the Lord Jesus because He will come quickly and suddenly. It is important to be ready and to be found faithful when the Lord comes.
WATCH AND WAIT
Every generation has the command to watch and wait. Even the early Christians thought the Lord Jesus might come in their lifetimes. The act of watching and waiting is a purifying hope. It is the blessed hope of the return of the Lord Jesus!
Let's look at some verses that command God's people to watch, wait, and be ready for the sudden return of the Lord.
Matt 24
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what
watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have
suffered his house to be broken up.
We are told to watch because we do not know the day or hour the Lord will return. This is why Christians of every age watched. They knew the Lord would return without warning and very suddenly. In the above verses the Lord says His return will be like when a thief comes. A funny thing about a thief. He comes at an unknown time. No one knows when a thief will break into their house. It is sudden and unexpected. So is the coming of the Lord!
Matt 2

Mar 13
33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at
even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:
36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
Here the Lord Jesus describes His return as being very sudden. It is like a man who left his house and put His servants in charge. The only catch is the servants do not know when the master of the house will return. He could come at any time. The Lord expects His people to be sober and watching for His return. It is a bad thing if the Lord returns and finds any of His servants sleeping. This is why His people are told to watch. This is why Christians of every age were told to watch and be ready!
Luke 12
38 And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and
find them so, blessed are those servants.
The blessed hope of the return of the Lord Jesus will encourage God's people to be ready. Christians are given the promise that those who are watching and waiting are blessed. Of course all these verses state that it is a bad thing for the Lord to return and find any of His servants sleeping. This means they are no longer watching for the return of the Lord Jesus. They are deeply involved in worldly pursuits or seeking worldly wealth and do not think much about the Lord Jesus and His soon return.
Luke 21
36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all
these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
All God's people will be raptured with no one left behind. Now is the time to pray and receive the Lord Jesus as your Saviour. Only saved people will go up in the rapture. All others will be left behind. Do not put off accepting the Lord Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. You do not want to be left behind as the antichrist and his Satanic kingdom comes to power on the earth.
1 Thess 5
6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken
in the night.
8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith
and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
Lost people are asleep. They are perishing yet they have no clue that the Lord Jesus is Saviour and He is coming back soon. Lost people are just one heartbeat from hell, yet they have no clue about their impending eternal punishment. They are blind and asleep until the day they perish in their sins. Christians are contrasted with the sleeping lost people. Instead of being asleep, Christians are to be awake, sober, and watching for the return of the Lord Jesus.
God's people are not to be sleeping with their hearts set on the things of the world that is perishing. Christians are to watch for the return of the Lord Jesus and to stay sober and alert.
1 Pet 4
7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
We are given another reason to watch. The end of all things is at hand means it is near. Therefore, Christians are to watch and wait patiently for the Lord Jesus.
1 Pet 5
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion,
walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Here is another reason to watch and be sober in these evil last days. Satan looks for those to destroy who no longer watch and are sober. These people fall fast asleep spiritually and are open targets to the devil to suffer harm.
Rev 3
3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent.
If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt
not know what hour I will come upon thee.
Remember, When the Lord returns it will be very sudden and will surprise many. The Rapture could very well happen today. If the Lord delays, it is still very important to watch, wait, and be ready!
SIGNS OF THE NEARNESS OF THE RETURN OF THE LORD JESUS
The key is to Watch Israel. In 1948 God began to fulfill the prophecies found in Ezekiel chapters 36 and 37. Israel became a nation 1948 and the Lord began to bring the wandering Jew back to the Holy Land from the four corners of the earth. Then in 1967 another prophetic event occurred. Israel retook the city of Jerusalem. This marks the nearness of the end of the times of the gentiles.
Luke 21
24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into
all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times
of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
After Israel became a nation, another prophecy has been fulfilled. God stated that the city of Jerusalem would be a trouble for the entire world. This has been very true since 1948. The people of the world desire, covet, and are troubled over the city of Jerusalem.
Zechariah 12
1 The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth
forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit
of man within him.
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about,
when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that
burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth
be gathered together against it.
All these are indications of the nearness of the return of the Lord Jesus. Other signs in Bible prophecy are being setup before our eyes. The world is rejecting and criminalizing the Bible while accepting sexual immorality in all its forms, the occult, rock music, evolution, abortion and many other evils which indicate the time of the return of the Lord Jesus and the judgment of this world is very near.
Christians have much more reasons to watch and wait for the Lord Jesus than any other generation of Christians. Sadly, even though the return of the Lord Jesus is very near, many have fallen away into doctrinal error and apostasy.
Remember all the warnings not to be caught sleeping at the sudden return of the Lord Jesus!
Notes to Pastors
- God's people need more sermons on Bible prophecy because the Lord is coming back
soon! I regularly go to sermonaudio.com and sadly, I don't see a lot being
preached on the return of the Lord Jesus. Don't pastors know about the
blessed hope and the nearness of the return of the Lord Jesus? God's people need
to be encouraged to watch and wait with eager expectation of the return of the
Lord Jesus.
- God's people need more sermons warning of the deceptions and dangers of the day. Warning God's people is NOT a negative thing to do. Instead it is protecting God's people by arming them with sound doctrine so they will stay far away from the wolves and false teachings of our day. Remember, one of the major signs of the end of the age will be widespread deception. God's people need to be taught and warned from the pulpits! The sad thing is this is not happening and is one reason why so many have no discernment between good and evil in these last days.
CONCLUSION
The blessed hope is to eagerly watch and wait for the return of the Lord Jesus. This must be done on a daily basis because no one knows the day the Lord will return.
We are told by the Lord Jesus that He will come suddenly and unexpectedly. Some will be found sleeping when the Lord returns and this is a bad thing to happen. Those who are found awake and watching are called "blessed" by the Lord Jesus.
So doesn't it make sense to walk close with the Lord and eagerly watch and wait for His soon return? Those found awake, watching, waiting, and desiring the Lord's return will receive a crown of blessing. See this verse for the promise:
2 Tim 4
8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord,
the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all
them also that love his appearing.
What a great promise and a great encouragement to look forward to the return of the Lord Jesus!

The above is a summary of the false teachings from the wolves spreading the
purpose driven deceptions. Satan's goal is to take a once solid church faithful
to the Bible and transform that church into a liberal and compromising place
where the saving Gospel is no longer preached. The devil is having great
success in these last days of apostasy. Here is a saying to remember: Anyone

There are many signs in the world today that point to the soon return of the Lord Jesus. The corruption of human DNA certainly is one sign. The human body holds the soul and spirit of a man. Corrupting that body by adding animal DNA or fooling with the genes and DNA is a grave sin before God. This practice will be stopped by judgment and this is why it is a major sign of the soon return of the Lord Jesus.

This is how abortion started. Back in the early 1970's abortion was approved for rare cases.
This was just the foot in the door. Soon the door flew wide open and children were being murdered in the womb by the millions. I've heard that over 50 million innocent children have been murdered in the womb by abortion up to today.
Genetically modified food has not stopped. They have created terminator seeds that do not create any seeds for next years crops. Other crops are modified and are now in our food supply. Crops such as corn and wheat with modified genes and DNA. It is interesting that recently there was a massive die-off by honeybees and the cause it not known. It is possible that genetically modified crops is part of the problem.
So now the lost Christ rejecting world that murders millions of babies via abortion wants to play with the DNA of baby embryo's. They plan to mess up the DNA/genes of an embryo and see what happens. They they will kill the embryo after 2 weeks. However, the fact is that privately these embryo's will be allowed to be born full term.
Playing with DNA is very dangerous and can corrupt the DNA. It is interesting that as soon as the DNA code was (slightly) broken that new and exotic diseases appeared on the world scene. I'm talking about AIDS, Ebola, SARS etc. I use the word "slightly" because scientists really do not understand the DNA they are playing with. All they do is modify it and play with it and see what happens. It is possible to do something that will create a massive and deadly plague by accident.
It is interesting that terrible plagues are part of the last days judgments from the Lord that will kill millions. Time certainly is running out. It is time to repent of your sins and to accept the Lord Jesus. Your sins will send you to hell unless you turn to the Lord Jesus who is the only Saviour of lost men. Don't wait as judgment is coming and time is quickly running out.

Delaware Cmte Passes Bill Allowing Human Cloning, Ban Bill Postponed

Dover, DE ( LifeNews.com) -- Delaware legislative panels held a hearing on two bills dealing with human cloning and embryonic stem cell research on Wednesday and wound up passing a bill to allow human cloning for research purposes and postponing a vote on a full human cloning ban.
The Senate Small Business Committee heard form 22 speakers on both sides of the debate for two hours and then passed Senate Bill 5, which would set up guidelines for stem cell research and would promote the adoption of human embryos.
But it would also allow human embryos to be used in research and for scientists
to engage in human cloning for further study.

Now Scientists Create A Sheep That's 15% Human

Scientists have created the world's first human-sheep chimera - which has the body of a sheep and half-human organs.
The sheep have 15 per cent human cells and 85 per cent animal cells - and their evolution brings the prospect of animal organs being transplanted into humans one step closer.
Professor Esmail Zanjani, of the University of Nevada, has spent seven years and £5million perfecting the technique, which involves injecting adult human cells into a sheep's foetus.
He has already created a sheep liver which has a large proportion of human cells and eventually hopes to precisely match a sheep to a transplant patient, using their own stem cells to create their own flock of sheep.
The process would involve extracting stem cells from the donor's bone marrow and
injecting them into the peritoneum of a sheep's foetus. When the lamb is born, two
months later, it would have a liver, heart, lungs and brain that are partly human
and available for transplant.

But the development is likely to revive criticisms about scientists playing God, with the possibility of silent viruses, which are harmless in animals, being introduced into the
human race.
Dr Patrick Dixon, an international lecturer on biological trends, warned: "Many silent viruses could create a biological nightmare in humans. Mutant animal viruses are a real threat, as we have seen with HIV."
Animal rights activists fear that if the cells get mixed together, they could end up
with cellular fusion, creating a hybrid which would have the features and characteristics
of both man and sheep. But Prof Zanjani said: "Transplanting the cells into foetal sheep
at this early stage does not result in fusion at all."

Once milk is obtained from the genetically modified cow, it will be purified and refined

proteins in goats and cows.

Researchers: Serious Concern Over GM Crops

March 21, 2007 -- RaidersNewsNetwork.com -- French researchers have raised serious concerns over the use of genetically modified corn, MON863, which has been authorized in the European Union for animal feed since 2005 and for human consumption since 2006.
Scientists with the Committee for Independent Research and Genetic Engineering, based at the University of Caen, have reported that rats fed the GM corn developed liver and kidney damage. The researchers feel that humans who consume the GM corn could develop similar symptoms.
The research focused on a particular form of GM corn, MON863, developed by the American company, Monsanto. MON863 has been authorized for use in Australia, Canada, China, the European Union, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines and the United States.
The Committee's research was published on-line in the peer-review journal Archives of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology, and was entitled "New Analysis of a Rat Feeding Study with a Genetically Modified Maize Reveals Signs of Hepatorenal Toxicity." Members of the research team fed young adult rats diets that contained 11 to 30 percent MON863 corn, or diets that contained non-GM corn.
When the study ended, the members of the research team state they found signs of
toxicity in the liver and kidneys of rats that were fed the MON863 corn.

Many groups, which oppose the use of GM crops, say that the technology for genetic
modification is unproven and is dangerous in the fact that GM crops could contaminate
other crops. Theresults of this research, they feel, is reason enough to remove GM
corn from the market.

The issues over MON863 GM corn are just the latest in a growing number of concerns
with GM crops. Potential problems with other forms of genetically modified grains

As you can see there are dangers in fooling with DNA/genes of our food supply. This
is being done and the hybrid food is grown an sold in stores to unsuspecting consumers.
The results are still not know. Will this GM food harm the people that eat it? It is
not known but the food is out there anyway for consumption. Another point, this GM
food is not marked so people do know know if they are eating the real thing or the
GM food!

A LAB accident has revived fears about experiments that mix human and bird flu viruses and the risk that modified viruses will escape. No virus was released, but the incident has led to a call for details of accidents to be more widely publicised.
Last April, a researcher at the University of Texas, Austin, put tubes into a centrifuge
to separate out their contents, which included a human flu virus modified to carry a
gene from H5N1 bird flu. The centrifuge became unbalanced and stopped, and when the
researcher opened it he found the lid of a safety cup holding one of the tubes had

Right now we are eating genetically modified crops and don't know which ones as
we are not told. The idiot scientists mess with the genes of food and in the end
this GM food is available in the market for consumption. This is a problem not
knowing which foods are GM and which are natural. This GM garbage could be
deadly poison as the genes put in place by the Lord our creator, have been
altered in some way.
We are eating franken-foods! This is food grown by mad scientists who have changed the genetic structure and don't know what damage will be done to those who eat it.

In the Brave New World of uncharted biology, does everything go? Where will biologists stop in their directionless frenzy to acquire basic scientific knowledge?
The latest fad among biologists is called synthetic biology. The small group that c alls themselves synthetic biologists are already squirming at the thought of regulation, fearing limits will hinder their efforts to reach as yet undefined goals. The whole idea of synthetic biology is to improve upon nature, but there is a lot of gibberish coming from the mouths of these biologists that makes the most avid science buff begin to question what is going on.
Synthetic biologists claim they intend to create bioengineered organisms that can "produce pharmaceuticals, detect toxic chemicals, break down pollutants, repair defective genes, destroy cancer cells." Beyond GMO
Synthetic biologists extend their work even beyond the concerns of genetically modified (GMO) foods. They want to design new strands of DNA into sequences that result in totally man-made viruses, no part being derived from DNA sequences found in nature.
Keep in mind, even with regulations in place, GMO "Franken" foods have crept into the food chain. Even with regulations in place, bees cross-pollinate GMO crops with natural varieties. GMO foods have been developed with a good intent, to develop crops that resist insect attack, but may result in upsetting the food chain. British researchers recently counted fewer bees and butterflies in GMO crops. [Proceedings Biology Science 2005 Mar 7; 272(1562): 463-74] Despite public objection, GMO soy and corn have been consumed by humans without proper labeling and notification. Will newly designed biological systems made by synthetic biologists secretly be released for use, as has GMO? Viruses can be used as vectors (vehicles) to secretly vaccinate human populations.
What synthetic biologists propose is more outrageous and dangerous than GMO crops,
and it is easier for them to skirt around any rules and regulations. Synthetic
biologists work inside hidden laboratories, not in open-air crop fields. They can
place an order to build whole new viruses from synthetic DNA by simply ordering

What synthetic biologists propose is to create novel genomes from a set of genetic
parts. They want to create genes that don't as yet exist in nature, and they can't
be sure how they will work until till implant them into living systems.

Unpredictability
Synthetic biology is like designing a gun that will fire in unknown directions.
Jonathan B. Tucker and Raymond A. Zilinskas, writing in New Atlantis, state that
bioengineered systems remain "noisy," that is, unpredictable. They quote Drew
Endy of MIT who says synthetic biology is as yet unable to predict accurately how
a new genetic circuit will behave inside a living cell. Synthetic biologists propose
to create life forms de novo, that is, for the first time. There is no animal model
where these new biological systems can be tested that can predict how it might
behave in humans.

As you can see, the so-called scientists of today have no fear of God. Human eggs are fertilized with animal DNA and then destroyed or allowed to grow in secret? Godless scientists are messing with human and animal DNA and genes. GM crops are grown and fed to unsuspecting people. Animals and bugs have their DNA changed. Virus's are played with in the labs and some have even accidentally escaped. Finally, new strands of DNA are created and thrown into living organisms to "see what will happen".
Get ready as the days will not get better. Instead things will get worse as the world heads into a time of Divine judgment! Men and women must make a choice. Without the Lord Jesus they will die in their sins. This is a terrible and eternal fate in hell, the lake of fire. However, salvation is offered only through the Lord Jesus, who is God manifest in human flesh. Decide today! Do you want the Lord Jesus to be your Saviour? or do you reject Him?
