Welcome to Issue number 28 of the Judgment is coming newsletter. May God bless you as you are encouraged and as you eagerly await the soon return of the Lord Jesus! The signs of impending judgment are all around us! It is a source of encouragement to the Christian as we know the Lord Jesus will very soon return!
In this article we will review some mountain tops of Bible prophecy. What is a mountain top of prophecy? This is where we can clearly see what prophetic event will happen. However, we do not know exactly when it will happen or the details that will come to pass to make it happen.
It is good to review the coming mountain tops of Bible prophecy from time to time as it encourages the soul for those eagerly awaiting the return of the Lord Jesus.
Here are some prophecies to watch for in the days ahead
1 Thess 4
13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are
asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which
sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive
and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice
of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall
rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in
the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
There is a special promise to those who stay awake and faithfully watch for the return of the Lord Jesus. They will be given a crown at the rewards Bema judgment seat! Now is not the time to fall into apostasy and false doctrine or to fall asleep while addicted to the evil things of this world. See the verses below:

8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord,
the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto
all them also that love his appearing.
Obadiah 1
18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame,
and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour
them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the
LORD hath spoken it.
Isaiah 17
1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city,
and it shall be a ruinous heap.
What can instantly transform a living city into a ruinous heap? The answer is nuclear weapons!

1 The burden of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall
come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and
the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.

3 And the spirit of Egypt shall fail in the midst thereof; and I will

Daniel 9

midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,
and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even
until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the
name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the
beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred
threescore and six.
The antichrist will reign for a total of 7 years. In the middle of his reign, he will enter the rebuilt temple in Jerusalem and proclaim himself to be God. He will then demand worship and issue the mark of the beast. All who refuse to worship him and receive the mark of the beast will be hunted down and killed. All this will be part of the darkest days of the history of planet earth!
Ezek 38
2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince
of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
3 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the
chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring
thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed
with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields,
all of them handling swords:
5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:
6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and
all his bands: and many people with thee.
7 Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that
are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come
into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many
people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it
is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
9 Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover
the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.
Several allies are aligned with Russia including Persia which is Iran today. The big question is when will this invasion occur and this prophecy be fulfilled? Some speculate it could happen any day now while others feel it will be sometime in the 7 year tribulation period. The answer as to when the Magog invasion will occur is found in the Bible.
Ezek 39
21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see
my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.
22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that
day and forward.
23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity
for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my
face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they
all by the sword.
Notice that after the Magog invasion Israel will know their God. But according to prophecy, Israel will not repent and turn to the Lord until near the end of the 7 year tribulation period. Therefore, the Magog invasion will occur near the end of the 7 year tribulation period. Also look at verse 23 and see that the lost heathen will also know that the destruction of the Magog invasion was caused by the Lord and that the Lord has been dealing with the nation of Israel all along.
So today there is no danger of the Magog invasion occurring. Nations like Iran will not be invaded and destroyed until the Magog invasion which will occur near the end of the 7 year tribulation period. This means all the threats and warnings of Iran being invaded or "regime changed" are empty. Iran will continue to be aligned with Russia and against Israel right up to the point of their destruction at the Magog invasion of Israel.
- Occultism. This is practiced by those who hate God.
- rock and roll music. The rock scene has been blaspheming God from its beginning. This is Satan's music and he has inspired the rock groups to do is bidding through the music of rock and roll. Rock groups have even dared to blaspheme God by giving altar calls to the devil!
- Mockery and attack of the things of God by those who hate and reject God. This can be seen by the loud mouth atheists, evil Godless movies, and books that are openly anti-Christian.
Rev 13
4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they
worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make
war with him?
5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies;
and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name,
and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
CONCLUSION
In this article we briefly covered some high points of Bible prophecy that will be fulfilled soon in the days ahead. Time is running out! Soon the Lord Jesus will return to rapture home His Church. After this the antichrist will be free to rise to power for his 7 year reign. During this time all the judgments of the book of Revelation will be poured out on planet earth. Are you ready? Have you repented of your sins and accepted the Lord Jesus as your Saviour?

20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen.

There are people who hate God and want nothing to do with salvation. These people love darkness and the things of the devil.
John 3
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not
is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the
only begotten Son of God.
19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and
men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the
light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
People who despise the gospel have a love for the following:
1) DEPRAVITY This includes sexual immorality (fornication or adultery) or sexual perversion in all its many forms. It also includes rock music with all its debauchery and blasphemy against God. These depraved activities hardens the soul of the person to the the point where they are so cold to the Gospel that they despise it. They love their evil perverted actions and have no desire to repent from their "pleasures". As a result a hard cold heart develops that despises the saving Gospel of the Lord Jesus!
2) OCCULTISM Those who love the occult will hate the Gospel. As a person learns to love the dark powers of the devil, they will develop a hatred for the Gospel and the light of the Bible. Some depraved occults are happy to be considered an enemy of the God of the Bible.
3) PRIDE This is the spirit of Cain who sought to please the Lord with the works of his hands. He tried to come to God on his own terms instead of God's terms. When God rejected his "offering" Cain became violently angry and killed his brother who gave an acceptable offering to the Lord. A proud spirit refuses to admit ones sinfulness, depravity, and the need for a Saviour. Over time a hateful arrogant spirit develops which is hostile to the Gospel. Just look at the proud loudmouth atheists/evolutionists today who openly despise the saving Gospel of the Lord Jesus.
There is only one way to be saved and salvation is only found in the Lord Jesus. However, there are many pathways to hell and each lost person chooses his path to the lake of fire!
John 3
36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth
not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Matt 7
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way,
that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life,
and few there be that find it.
It is an agonising procedure now considered too cruel to inflict on animals.
But human branding has become the latest twisted fashion trend for young professionals who regard straightforward tattoos and piercings as passe.
They happily pay up to £70 to have red-hot metal brands or cauterising pens, which burn at more than 1,000C, permanently scar their skin with a design.
The technique, which was once a brutal punishment for violent criminals and army deserters, carries the risk of nerve damage and infection.
But while animal welfare legislation has outlawed the hot branding of livestock,
there is nothing to stop humans voluntarily having their skin burnt as a

Dave Wiper of the Modern Savage tattoo studio in Wakefield, West Yorkshire,
said there has been huge increase in the number of people wanting to have a

Human branding was introduced as a punishment in England during the middle ages.
By the 16th century gypsies were marked with a large V for vagabond on their breast, and street brawlers with F for fraymaker.
But the practice was banned in the mid 1850s because it was regarded as inhumane.
However, it continued to be used in other countries and is still used today in
Iraq as a form of torture.

A sign of demon oppression or possession is the cutting or marring of ones own
body. As people get into the occult, drugs, rock music, and other evils they will
get more into the cutting of their flesh. Branding is just another way to
damage ones body in an unnatural way. Below is an example of a demon possessed

Today, this man would make a successful rock and roll musician and would be a role model for some of the blind hellbound folks living today!
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Millions of Chinese-made toys have been pulled from shelves in North America and Australia after scientists found they contain a chemical that converts into a powerful date rape drug when ingested. Four of the recalled products were imported by Schylling Associates Inc. of Rowley,
Mass., including the items Duck Family Collectable Wind-Up Toy, Dizzy Ducks Music
Box, "Robot 2000" collectable tin robot and Winnie-the-Pooh Spinning Top. The

Wednesday's recalls include about 7,200 "Big Red" Wagons imported by Northern Tool
& Equipment Co. of Burnsville, Minn. Totaling about 405,700, the recalled children's
products all had excessive levels of lead in their surface paint.
Although no illnesses connected to the toy car recall have been reported, lead is
toxic if ingested by young children. Children's products found to have more than
0.06 percent lead accessible to users are subject to a recall.

I guess some companies feel it is profitable if they get substandard and dangerous
toys and products in countries that use slave labor on the production line. People
in North America like to save a buck or two, so the products get bought. Sadly,
there are all kinds of recalls of similiar sub-standard products from toys to
toothpaste.
The bottom line is greed and the love of money. There are those who are getting very rich while others are damaged by the substandard products. Buyer beware!

Coed locker rooms could be a reality now that a new statute to allow people to "choose a gender" has been approved in Maryland.
But the measure, given the green light by elected officials in Montgomery County, will soon be the subject of a court challenge, according to a non-profit public-interest law firm.
"The definition for 'gender identity' is so vague that no individual of ordinary intelligence can possibly know when they are violating Chapter 27," Robert Tyler, general counsel for the Advocates for Faith & Freedom, told county officials in a letter.
"Pursuant to the definition of 'gender identity,' an individual can choose a gender without limitation whatsoever," he said.
Tyler's comments referred to the newly approved county law 27-03, which creates
a protected class of citizenry for those individuals who claim a "gender

Essentially, the plan opens the doors of all public accommodations, including
facilities such as locker rooms, to those who "perceive" they are of that gender.

It says the plan "will allow males who self identify themselves as females to
have open access to ALL women's and girls' rest rooms, locker rooms, dressing
rooms, and showers. In other words, a male teacher or student will be able to
use the female restrooms and locker rooms if he thinks he is a female."

It is hard to believe people could be so reprobate that they don't know
if they are a male or a female! These reprobate people have trouble choosing

Oprah Winfrey will be letting out all the stops on her XM Satellite Radio program this coming year. Beginning January 1, 2008, "Oprah & Friends" will offer a year-long course on the New Age teachings of A Course in Miracles.1 A lesson a day throughout the year will completely cover the 365 lessons from the Course in Miracles "Workbook." For example, Lesson #29 asks you to go through your day affirming that "God is in everything I see."2 Lesson #61 tells each person to repeat the affirmation "I am the light of the world."3 Lesson #70 teaches the student to say and believe "My salvation comes from me."4
By the end of the year, "Oprah & Friends" listeners will have completed all of the lessons laid out in the Course in Miracles Workbook. Those who finish the Course will have a wholly redefined spiritual mindset-a New Age worldview that includes the belief that there is no sin, no evil, no devil, and that God is "in" everyone and everything. A Course in Miracles teaches its students to rethink everything they believe about God and life. The Course Workbook bluntly states: "This is a course in mind training"5 and is dedicated to "thought reversal."6

This is another pathway to hell for those who reject the Lord Jesus and
God's only plan of salvation. The new age occultists like and embrace the
Hindu concept that God is in all things. There is no sin or need for a
Saviour (the Lord Jesus) for these new age occultists. As a result they
will perish forever in hell as they will die in their sins!

THURSDAY, DEC 6, 2007 Pope Benedict XVI is offering relief from purgatory to Roman Catholics who travel to Lourdes over the next year, the Vatican said yesterday.
Pilgrims to the shrine in south-west France will receive "plenary indulgences" from the Pontiff, which the Church says reduce the time spent being "washed" of sin after death. The indulgences will be available from this weekend until Dec 8, 2008.
The Church teaches that people who do not go directly to heaven must spend time
in purgatory, where they can be purified of residual sin. ...

I'm amazed how many liberal compromisers with Roman Catholicism have told
me that Rome no longer believes in the doctrine of purgatory. They speak as
if they know what they are talking about when they do not. The doctrine of
purgatory is firmly defined in Catholic Catechism and is believed by the Popes
as seen in the above article.
What is purgatory to those who may not know? Purgatory is a place made up by the Roman Church were people go after death to finish paying for their sins before gaining admittance to heaven. Purgatory is a source of monetary extortion as people are encouraged to pay for Catholic masses said for dead loved ones to reduce their time spent in purgatory. There used to be a rhyme sung that went something like this: As the coin in the coffer rings, the soul from purgatory springs. Purgatory is about money and bondage to poor deceived people.
Purgatory is a direct denial of the finished work of the Lord Jesus on the cross and it is a denial that the blood of Jesus cleanses from all sins. This false doctrine denies Biblical salvation by grace apart from works.
Heb 9
24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are
the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the
presence of God for us:
25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth
into the holy place every year with blood of others;
26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world:
but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the
sacrifice of himself.
1 John 1
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship
one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from
all sin.
